Massage

Nuro Weidemann - MassageMassage is a "hands-on" treatment in which the therapist manipulates muscles and other soft tissues of the body to improve health and well-being. Massage can range from gentle stroking and kneading of muscles and other soft tissues to deeper manual techniques. Massage has been practiced as a healing therapy for centuries in nearly every culture around the world. It helps relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and evoke feelings of calmness. Although massage affects the body as a whole, it particularly influences the activity of the musculoskeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems.

Testimonials

After many years of intense physical sports (Yoga, Mountain biking, Kite surfing) and following a personal recommendation I consulted Nuro regarding my shoulder problem. I instantly felt at ease, her honest and attentive approach is evident from the start. She has the nature and ability to see the bigger picture, taking into account both the physical and psychological aspects of a repetitive injury or restriction, often overlooked by other practitioners. Manipulation by Nuro enables me to pursue and enjoy the activities I love. IF, Hove

Nuro’s understanding of pressure points and her expert hands were the only thing that actually helped with the pain and immobility I experienced in my long standing neck and shoulder problems. It's always a relaxing and hugely beneficial experience having a ‘Nuro’ massage and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. RS, Lewes

I had fortnightly massage with Nuro in the final months leading up to my son's birth - it was absolutely the best thing I could have done! Her techniques were both relaxing and tension-relieving, using a combination of styles adapted to my needs. She is highly skilled and responsive. Her treatment made me I feel ready and fit for labor and saved me from suffering through those third trimester niggles. I would highly recommend Nuro - not just to pregnant women but anyone seeking relief from aches and pains. JJ, Brighton
